Andy Baker's latest film, How Have You Been? is a story about coping with grief, depression, and the everyday mundanity of life in lockdown. Created for WePresent, the editorial arm of WeTransfer, and launched as part of WePresent's selection of films for Mental Health Month, this film offers an eerie and strange, yet honest and universally relatable commentary on many aspects of our current world. Once again, Andy teamed up with illustrator Polly Nor—an artist he loved working with for the Chelou music video "Halfway to Nowhere"—to bring the story to life. The film was created completely remotely during the global lockdown—which is fitting given the remote and isolated sensibilities of the subject matter.

“Polly’s work has many layers and explores various themes whilst also allowing the viewer space to interpret it in their own way. It's such a strange time to be making films and having a story like this enabled us to explore themes that have affected us all in the past and are even more relevant now. The best thing about this world of Polly’s is that it always feels like there’s so much more you want to explore, even once you’ve finished making a film!”
