The New York Times came to Hornet Director Andrew Myers to help create editorial illustrations for a Health & Wellness series titled "7-Day Well Challenge." The basic gist was to show readers ways of building healthy habits during pandemic life. Andrew responded with a string of abstract visual metaphors to fit the theme of each day. From photos of heart-shaped buttons to express gratitude, to googly eyes to showcase taking accountability, the images and objects are simple, and the messages immediately clear.
