It’s not every day you get to launch a new smartphone for Google. So when Arts and Letters Creative Co. asked us to help launch the new Google Pixel 5a with 5G, we enlisted the talents of Moth & Doug Alberts to create an entirely new visual system that felt big, bold, and dynamic. With Moth's direction and Doug's art-direction, we launched a series of energetic films to create a world of animation and color, all working together to show how the Google Pixel 5a with 5G is the best Pixel yet.
The three spots feature an expressive mix of animated typography, 3D phone design, and minimal yet colorful backgrounds. Add in a series of slick transitions and pinpoint visual metaphors, and the style that Moth & Doug developed is motion design at its clean & full-bodied finest.
