E4 is a British television channel owned by Channel Four Television Corporation. As part of Channel 4's company-wide creative rebrand in 2018, E4 underwent its own rather extensive and eclectic metamorphosis. In total, 19 different TV idents were created by a mix of UK-based creatives (including Hornet directors Moth), all of which unveiled the new E4 logo in different ways. Parabella's particular ident, "E4igy", features a bizarre cast of costumed puppets setting fire to a wicker-made E4 effigy. Yes, it's weird. It's also totally awesome.

An exciting merger of two animation greats, Mikey Please partnered with longtime friend and collaborator Dan Ojari in 2014 to form Hornet directing collective Parabella.
Ojari was a major animating force behind Please’s memorable film Marilyn Myller, as well as his 2011 BAFTA winning stop motion film The Eagleman Stag, so there was a history of working well together. Ojari is also widely known for his own epic short Slow Derek, which took on the festival circuit in 2012 and screened at Sundance and Cannes Film Festival.
