Reflecting on the concept, César delved into his personal encounters with boredom. The journey led him back to the earliest moments of awareness, to the vivid memories of his childhood in his grandmother's Brazilian backyard. During those languid school summer breaks, where time seemed to stretch on endlessly, young César found himself captivated by the simple pleasures of messing around with ants and exploring the mysteries of an old beehive. These moments of youthful curiosity became the foundation for his artistic exploration of the "Boredom" theme, infused with the whimsical spirit of those carefree days.
